Once the initial appointment placeholder fee has been received, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment through a secure message portal that will be sent to your email. This message will contain all the initial paperwork that you will need to complete and submit electronically prior to your appointment date. You will also be asked to provide your credit card information and a photo of your driver's license for identification purposes.
